How Our Pricing Works
Hourly Rates Vary by Service Type
We offer a range of home care services including personal support, companionship, housekeeping, memory care, respite, palliative care, and after-surgery support.
Because each service requires different skill levels and responsibilities, hourly rates vary by:

Level of caregiver (e.g., Housekeeper, Companion, PSW, specialized support)

Number of hours scheduled

Type of care required

Time of day (daytime vs evening or overnight)

This ensures you only pay for the level of care you actually need.
Minimum Visit Length
To ensure meaningful support and adequate time for safe, consistent care:

We recommend a 2–3 hour minimum per visit

Longer visits are welcomed with many clients booked for 6–8 hours

Overnight care is available when extended support is needed
These minimums allow caregivers to establish routine, complete tasks safely, and provide the best experience possible.
Travel Between Client Visits
If a caregiver is required to transport a client between locations (for example, between medical appointments, errands, or home care visits), a transportation fee applies.
This covers mileage, time, and insurance requirements that ensure safe, comfortable travel for clients.
Working With Insurance & Funding Programs
We proudly work with all levels of insurance, including private benefits and third-party funders.
